Warranty:  We strive to carry the highest quality products available, providing Original Manufacturer (OEM) products whenever available. However, none of the items sold by TheScooterKing come with any warranty for quality or fitment. In the event of any damage, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect to persons or property due to their use, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the manufacturer for reimbursement of parts and/or labor. Installation of any parts or accessories on any vehicle may void part or all of the vehicle’s warranty. All items sold by Lance Parts Online are sold “As Is” use at your own risk.

Delivery:  Orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders received by 2PM EST are shipped on the same business day. Please keep in mind that an order placed after 2PM Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. Lance Parts Online does not offer any delivery guarantee time frames. All parts are shipped from 1743 Bay Rd, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, USA unless otherwise specified. A shipping charge will be added to all orders – Most domestic and foreign orders will be charged actual shipping costs. Unless specified, all domestic orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx via regular ground service. We reserve the right to select the best possible means of delivery based on weight of parcel, delivery address, day of the week, overall delivery time, etc. UPS or FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day services are available at an extra charge, but must be requested when your order is placed.

Out of Stock Items:  “Out of Stock” items include any item(s) that are not in stock at the time an order is placed. These items can be sent automatically once back in stock, at the customer’s request. There will be additional shipping charges when the item(s) is shipped. We will charge for these items at the time of the order and ship when in stock. You may not be called before the item is automatically shipped to you. We’ll do our best to provide accurate expected dates for any Out of Stock products but long-term back-orders, in excess of 2 months, are possible due to the nature of our suppliers and fulfilment of goods.

Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND SHIPPING LABEL TO MAKE A CLAIM. CLAIMS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods. AN EMAILED COPY OF THE INVOICE MAY BE REQUIRED IN THE EVENT OF ANY SHORTAGES.

Returns: Returns are governed by the returns policy.  

Lance Parts Online reserves the right to limit the supply of any merchandise. Due to changing foreign exchange rates and inflationary forces, prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy to quote current prices at any time. We reserve the right to ship all orders at the price in effect on the shipment date.

Lance Parts Online MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO PRODUCTS IT DISTRIBUTES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Warranties made by the manufacturer are not fulfilled by Lance Parts Online, the manufacturer has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products, and Lance Parts Online accepts no liability for such damages. Lance Parts Online shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or labor to repair or install any part or accessory.
