Shipping policy

Due to severe weather, all shipping companies are reporting long delivery delays on all services. We are doing what we can to get your order out, most orders ship same day (except weekends), but these delays are out of our control. 
Please note that even though there may not be adverse weather conditions in your neighborhood your package may still be delayed due to the shipping companies’ hubs or sort facilities being affected.

None of our shipping companies (UPS, USPS, FedEx) are guaranteeing any delivery dates at this time. 

Shipping: A minimum shipping charge will be added to all orders under $100. Most domestic and international orders will be charged actual shipping costs. Unless specified, all domestic orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS, via regular ground service. We reserve the right to select the best possible means of delivery based on weight of parcel, delivery address, day of the week, overall delivery time, etc.
UPS or FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day services are available at an extra charge, but must be requested when order is placed. Due to varying Customs laws, import taxes and duties are not included in International shipping charges. Customs taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery: Orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders received by 2pm PST are shipped on the same business day. Please keep in mind that an order placed after 2pm Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. All parts are shipped from Lance Parts Online, 1743 Bay rd, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, USA unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Damage: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts due to damaged or opened packing on delivery must be filed with the carrier immediately. YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND SHIPPING LABEL TO MAKE A CLAIM. CLAIMS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods. AN EMAILED OR FAXED COPY OF THE INVOICE WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE EVENT OF ANY SHORTAGES.


We reserve the right to select the best possible means of delivery based on your location, weight (or dimensional weight), day of the week, overall delivery time, or etc.. This means we may choose to ship your order USPS over UPS if we feel you will get it faster.
